By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the update.

This site is provided to share information about our work and to let prospective clients get in touch. You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
• Scrape, copy, or reuse the site's content or design for a commercial purpose without permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious information through the contact form.

This website describes the services FloeAI offers and is not itself an offer to contract. Submitting the contact form or booking a call starts a conversation, not a binding commitment on either side. Any actual project, scope, timeline, and fee is governed by a separate written agreement (a proposal, statement of work, or contract) signed by both parties, which takes precedence over anything described on this site.

The "Book a Call" button opens a scheduling widget hosted by Cal.com. Booking a call through it is subject to Cal.com's own terms in addition to these, and any resulting calendar invite or Google Meet link is created and managed by Google, not by us directly.

The content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, case study write-ups, and the site design — belongs to FloeAI or is used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing here transfers any of that ownership to you. Case studies describe work delivered for named or described clients; project details are shared with client awareness and don't disclose confidential deliverables.

This site links to or embeds third-party services, including Cal.com, Google Calendar/Meet, and Google Analytics. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

This site, and the information on it, is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Case studies, metrics, and descriptions of past work reflect the projects as delivered at the time; we don't guarantee similar results for a different project. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FloeAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This limitation doesn't apply to a signed engagement agreement, which has its own liability terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdictions in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties.

We may revise these terms as the site evolves. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
