Privacy Policy

FloeAI ("FloeAI", "we", "us") operates https://floeai.dev. This policy covers the website itself: the contact form, the "Book a Call" scheduling widget, and analytics. It does not cover the separate agreements we sign with clients to deliver engineering work, which have their own confidentiality and data-handling terms.

By using this site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you don't agree, please don't submit the contact form or book a call, though you're welcome to browse the site.

We collect information in three ways:

• Contact form: the name, work email, company, service of interest, budget range, and project description you submit are sent directly to our inbox. We don't store form submissions in a database on our side beyond the email itself.
• Booking a call: clicking "Book a Call" opens a scheduling widget served from Cal.com's domain, not ours. Any name, email, or meeting details you enter there are collected and processed by Cal.com (and, once a booking is confirmed, by Google Calendar and Google Meet) under their own privacy terms, not this one.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to see aggregate traffic and usage patterns (pages visited, approximate location, device type, referring site). This is anonymized/aggregated usage data, not tied to your name or email unless you separately submitted the contact form.

• To respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential project.
• To schedule and hold calls you book.
• To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
• To meet legal, accounting, or security obligations where applicable.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use contact-form submissions for marketing you didn't ask for.

This site relies on a small number of third-party services to function. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. The Cal.com widget may set its own cookies once opened, on its own domain, to run the booking flow. We don't use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking on our own part.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may make the booking widget or analytics behave inconsistently, but the rest of the site will keep working normally.

We keep contact-form emails for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and, if a project follows, for the life of that relationship plus a reasonable period for our own records. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings. Booking data lives in Cal.com and Google Calendar/Meet under their own retention policies.

If you're in the EU/EEA, UK, or a jurisdiction with similar protections, you generally have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at hello@floeai.dev and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Because most of your data from a booking lives with Cal.com and Google, you may also need to exercise these rights directly with them for that portion.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information sent through this site, including transmitting form submissions over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

This site is intended for businesses and professionals seeking engineering services. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected here; we encourage checking back periodically.
